As a Long Covid sufferer, recently diagnosed with ME /CFS (PVFS??) I find this really interesting as my first thought back in 2021 was that my immune system was fired up all the time, and ever since then. I feel pain in my veins, shooting pains and deep aching pains. I also feel like I get the same growing aches /pains coming from my bones which I had as a child. I have seen elsewhere suggestions of taking anti inflammatory (fexafenodine), which really does seem to help but is just a sticking plaster for the day. I recently tried taking aspirin for a week and felt much better (presumably the thinning effect of aspirin helps reduce the micro clots that are talked about so much, but FBC testing cannot see) but was told I must stop by my GP immediately! Irrelevant of the doctors advice I feel this does proves it is 'vascular', but why the resistance to help ... surely it can't be illegal for a doctor to listen to a patient and prescribe on the basis of what information the patient gives them? After all isn't that what the profession is all about? I think my immune system is pumping out this stuff that resulting in the multi system issues (all that he listed are what I experience daily)!... my GP isn't interested though, all I have been offered is antidepressants and pain killers, presumably to stop me thinking about what is going on and painkillers to help me forget that I'm in pain. No one (except on you tube) wants to discuss the 'elephant in the room' .... what is causing this even now after 3 years? The Vaccine was trigger number one, and then the inevitable Covid infection is number two .... is this the spike protein production still being produced all these years later? Can I get a test for this? I want to know, but can't find a way to get help. Hopefully this 'phenotyping' will be available somewhere soon, and then perhaps other medicines can be administered to combat the stuff we are producing that keeps us unwell. If only the same level of effort could be applied to resolving this man made catastrophe, as was applied to the vaccines we would all be happier that something good might be coming. I remain positive that I will find something soon, but remain sceptical that my GP can help, for whatever reason they currently have.

This was a very good video and had some good info... but I am truly surprised that you didn't discuss using xylitol. Especially since you were talking about/to pregnant women. There have been studies showing that when pregnant women use xylitol while pregnant they don't have a many preterm births. Many studies showing that if women chew xylitol gum while pregnant their children don't get tooth decay. (If we get rid of cariogenic bacteria in our mouth we don't transmit it to our children) using xylitol also helps reduce inflammation in the gums... which helps prevent the whole systemic issues like heart disease. Any questions.... feel free to ask. I can point you to the published studies.

This is good advice. I have a six pack and a large amount of muscle, despite running every day though I'm probably never going to be able to run a 42 minute 10k. 50 minutes during a cold winter day perhaps, which would mean Dr Gill would be almost 2km ahead of me when he finished. A massive gap. 😂 I really don't know how so many people seem capable of such speed over such a distance. But I guess on the other hand such people/gazelles might be impressed that I can easily drop and do 50 push ups?

Look want to talk teeth please find a.way to regrow teeth I would be much happier nvm as much time has passed by it been 22 year now since I was 13 yrs old we were never rich I got my top teeth k.o by a soft ball size Rock I have a scar under my lip where I had to get stitches i was called duck being called names if it wasn't for pot marijuana I prolly flew off the edge already and been in jail,revenge isnt the way but being depressed isn't good either i try to be accepted I work hard but not having top teeth I can't eat what I loved to eat as a kid like bbq wing off the bone I miss those days I have dentures but I can't eat with them there more for show but I bearly wear them if ppl can't accept me for me then I don't need to associate with ppl who wants to put others down,I'll take a hit over someone else I'll stand up for what is right I don't care if I'm a small guy and I get anger in me when I have to take on a guy 3x the size of me I have amsoul that isn't afraid if it's my time only God if it's God or supreme being cuts out time out of life ppl who are here will be sad but it will be there time one day all I can say is live life to the fullest you can let nothing stop you from happiness we have 1 life make the best of it try not to hold on to grudges bc that adding with other topics will push ppl over the edge and do something stupid I hope that everyone gets to live a full life where ever you may be in this world
